We will repair any item purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. We offer repairs due to user wear and manufacturer fault. We stand behind our merchandise quality and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage, free of charge for 1 month from the date of purchase on our online store. After such time, repairs may incur a charge. Elective repairs, such as ring resizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a $40-$60 charge, plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.
Should an item need to be returned for repair, please contact us by email at email@example.com to receive a return authorization (RA) number.
If you are unhappy with any item you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer's individual store policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any custom orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Returns could be subject to a $20.00 restocking fee.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization (RA) number to return or exchange an item. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.
Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, please refer to our Repairs Policy.
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
We require a physical address for all deliveries.
