We will repair any item purchased through the online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. We offer repairs due to user wear and manufacturer fault. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage; free of charge for 1 month from the date of purchase on our online store. After such time, repairs may incur a charge. Elective repairs, such as ring re-sizing or chain lengthening, or errors by the customer typically involve a $25-$40 charge, plus the cost of additional materials and shipping.
Should an item need to be returned for repair, please contact our studio at 808 396-6493 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and receive a return authorization (RA) number.
If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 10 days of receipt. We only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailers individual store policy. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any custom orders. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries. All returns are subject to a 10.00 restocking fee.
To return or exchange an item, please send an email to email@example.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Our studio hours are 9am-5pm Hawaiian time. Items cannot be accepted for return without an RA number.
Credits are refunded upon receipt of the item via the original method of purchase. Typically, refunds are reflected on your statements within 3-5 business days. Refunded credits do not include shipping costs. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you received the incorrect product, please refer to our Repairs Policy on the website.
Most of the products for sale are in-stock. However, due to the “hand-made” nature of our products, some require longer delivery times. Please allow 2 weeks from the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
We require a physical address for all deliveries.
